Masonite Inc. Acquires Marshfield DoorSystems Inc.
Masonite Inc. has successfully completed their acquisition of Marshfield DoorSystems Inc., "a manufacturer of doors and door components for commercial and architectural applications."
Marshfield was founded in 1890 in Marshfield, Wis., and in 2010 had a revenue upwards of $100 million.
Masonite's CEO and president, Fred Lynch was quoted as saying, "we are excited to complete this transaction and look forward to partnering with Marshfield's customers, suppliers and employees."
