Simonton Windows

Simonton Windows was first founded in Pennsbro, West Virginia in 1946. When the company first started out there was a great need aluminum products, which lead to the Simonton family producing "quality aluminum awnings and marquees." From there the Simonton family began to offer aluminum windows and doors to meet the growing American demand. One of Simonton's first products in this new line was an "innovative triple-track storm window."

By the 1980s Simonton began to offer vinyl windows and doors after realizing that vinyl was far superior to aluminum. Along with the company’s new vinyl line came an even stronger dedication to "unbeatable delivery times and great customer service." Following the vinyl line Simonton's sales boomed which propelled the company to become an industry leader and lead to “several huge expansion projects."

In 2006 Simonton was acquired by Fortune Brands, Inc.. Today Simonton continues to offer vinyl lines to fit their customer's replacement and new construction needs, including many Energy Star complaint products and "a full line of impact-resistant windows and doors." Simonton prides itself on their products offering "superior performance, thermal efficiency and long-lasting beauty."
