JELD-WEN Introduces Reclaimed Wood Products Into Custom Wood Line

JELD-WEN is now offering reclaimed Douglas fir window and door products after reclaimed wood products have grown in popularity, the new products will be a part of JELD-WEN's already existing Custom Wood line.

These new products will be made from wood that was originally used to build fences, barns, houses and factories. JELD-WEN notes that the line will include wood options such as "weathered, skip planed and planed finishes" for both doors and windows. All of these options, claims JELD-WEN, will allow homeowners to mix and match or select a universal look for their homes. Not only does reclaimed wood offer a "beautiful authentic style," according to Window & Door Magazine, but it also comes with "environmental benefits and interesting histories."
