Vanguard Sells to Fasco
Vanguard Fenestration recently announced that it has sold its "metal and die cast division to Fasco of Mississauga, Ontario." The selling of the division will allow the company to devote more attention to their plastics division, while allowing Fasco to expand their market in North America.
Fasco's general manager, Mark Straub says "purchasing the Vanguard metals business with their Western location, we now are able to easily service a North American market."
