Castle Windows Grows

As Castle Windows plans to expand into new East Coast markets, the New Jersey based company is planning to expand their work force. Currently the company employs roughly 175 people and will be adding about another 20 percent. CEO Chris Cardillo says that currently Castle Windows has an estimate annual revune of about $55 million and projects that the company could grow to employ roughly 300 people with an estimated annual revenue of $100 million.

“We have already expanded operations and have the need for added marketing and customer service personnel,” states Cardillo. “We have also acquired the customer base from a large competitor of ours and so we need more employees to assure the same level of service.”

Cardillo also reports that most of the new employees will be stationed in South Jersey where the company has their headquarters in Mount Laurel, while a small number will be dispersed into New England and various Southern States.
