Fiberglass or Wood?

The negative side of fiberglass is that you are more limited in available sizes and styles. There is nothing that will match the look and feel of a real wood entry door. You are really only limited by your imagination. There are unlimited styles that will fit almost any budget and wood doors can be made to fit any door opening. Wood doors require more maintenance to keep them working properly and they are typically more expensive than fiberglass doors. You must make sure to meet the manufacturer’s requirements for overhang or you may have trouble getting a warranty.
